On the inside there is a very \u003cstrong\u003ebreathable knitted lining\u003c\/strong\u003e which ensures a soft feeling against the skin and therefore prevents rubs. This lining also prevents the boot from slipping or turning. The second layer exists out of 5mm thick EVA foam. This material is \u003cstrong\u003eextremely light and shock absorbing\u003c\/strong\u003e and offers a lot of stability to the boot as well as your horse’s leg. This EVA foam is perforated with \u003cstrong\u003eventilation holes \u003c\/strong\u003eto allow the heat to escape so the legs don’t overheat.\u003c\/p\u003e\u003cp\u003eThe third layer is a 2mm thick \u003cstrong\u003eTPU hard shell\u003c\/strong\u003e that stops the largest impact and prevents penetration from horse shoes or studs. On the back of the front leg we added another layer of 5mm thick \u003cstrong\u003eEVA foam\u003c\/strong\u003e to provide extra protection from the possible impact of the hind legs.\u003c\/p\u003e\u003cp\u003eThe outer layer is made out of \u003cstrong\u003eperforated artificial leather.\u003c\/strong\u003e The tiny ventilation holes prevent the leg from overheating. The material doesn’t absorb water which allows the Air Tech Eventing Boots to maintain their light weight.
